Private Events Coordinator
The Wave Movement is a curated wellness experience that invites guests to dance in nature as we foster self-care, belonging, and social chance.
The Wave Silent Disco is a guided community dance event held outdoors that uses silent disco technology to create an optimal experience. The Wave is an inclusive event in which everyone gets to join in and benefit from the healing power of music, movement, and nature.
The Wave is more than just a fun event, it is a movement to end loneliness. To further our mission, a portion of the proceeds from each event goes towards supporting non-profit organizations like ALMA, that addresses loneliness and isolation in older adults using intergenerational volunteers and the creative arts.

We are looking for an experienced Private Events Coordinator to help us with manage and coordinate our company’s private event inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding and managing communication with interested customers.
Liaison between customer and The Wave Production Team (Facilitator & Event Producer)
Assist in the planning, preparation, coordination, supervision and follow-up of events.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years' experience of working in a coordinator position, preferably in a health and wellness space.
Experience in event production and execution a plus!
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
