The Wave Movement is a curated wellness experience that invites guests to dance in nature as we foster self-care, belonging, and social chance.
The Wave Silent Disco is a guided community dance event held outdoors that uses silent disco technology to create an optimal experience. The Wave is an inclusive event in which everyone gets to join in and benefit from the healing power of music, movement, and nature.
The Wave is more than just a fun event, it is a movement to end loneliness. To further our mission, a portion of the proceeds from each event goes towards supporting non-profit organizations like ALMA, that addresses loneliness and isolation in older adults using intergenerational volunteers and the creative arts.

Seeking an Social Media Manager to assist in managing The wave social accounts:
We are now hiring for positions in LA, New York, and Florida!! We are looking for motivated, creative, bright, and passionate Social Media Managers who are as excited as we are to spread our mission and bring together communities to help uplift, connect, and heal through dance and music!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and plan IG posts
Respond to DM inquiries
Scheduling/Planning marketing strategies and posts
Engaging audience
Building engagement
Building followers
Branding
Copywriting
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in social media strategy and management.
Highly organized individual! Great time management skills.
Background in Marketing, Branding, PR, Graphic Design, or related fields.
Experiencing managing IG accounts.
